Analog Office

Analog and RF integrated circuit design software

Analog Office software offers designers of RF and analog ICs an intuitive, flexible, and accurate design solution. Its unique architecture streamlines designs and increases user productivity by enabling designers to control and integrate best-in-class tools to capture, synthesize, simulate, optimize, lay out, extract, and verify RFIC and analog designs from the system level through to final tapeout.

The Analog Office solution provides:

Multifunctional methods of radio frequency modeling

Analog Office will become an indispensable tool for you, providing accurate and comprehensive analysis of silicon integrated circuits of the radio frequency, microwave and millimeter ranges thanks to powerful modeling algorithms, including transient simulators and harmonic balance.

Unprecedented tool integration

Perfectly synchronized circuit and topology editors, integrated RF/analog circuit modeling and parametric electromagnetic analysis of planar and arbitrary 3D structures - all this is part of a single design environment that is ideally suited for both small RFIDs and large blocks of RF paths.

Functional independence

Due to the availability of detailed models of active and passive RF/microwave components, libraries of silicon IC manufacturers and modeling support based on Specter tables, Analog Office is able to estimate the RF IP path characteristics with incredible accuracy not only as an auxiliary simulation software as part of the design route in Cadence Virtuoso, but also independently as an independent fully-functional development tool.

Features:

  • Willingness to interact. Analog Office is fully integrated into the NI AWR Design Environment, while its indispensable part is the ability to import and export data for interaction with third-party topology design tools and electromagnetic analysis of integrated circuits. Open Access support allows you to use Analog Office with Cadence Virtuoso to maximize the design of your analog ICs.
  • Support from leading manufacturers. Model Libraries (PDKs) for Analog Office are created by leading manufacturers of silicon integrated circuits based on available process data, component parameters, and design standards. All libraries undergo multi-stage verification at several levels, including circuitry and topological verification, thereby ensuring impeccable quality and exact compliance with the flagship technologies for the production of high-frequency integrated circuits.
  • Built-in productive tools. The iNets and ACE technologies, which have proven themselves to design integrated circuits in the NI AWR Design Environment, are also used in the Analog Office to more effectively model interconnects and evaluate the influence of spurious components in integrated circuits created in the built-in topology editor or imported from third-party tools in GDSII format.
